Turquoisevine
Climbing plant type: Vine (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)This short vine is a very fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 16 feet (4.9 meters) and growing as high as 95 feet (29.0 meters). It prefers to grow on trees.
It takes 6 months for the pink-red stems to mature, by which point they often have a diameter of 2 cm (0.8 inches) and are smooth and woody.
The circular, waxy leaves reach up to 5 inches (13 cm) in length. They are solid dark grey with turquoise edges, and have serrated edges.
It makes a distinctive sound when the wind blows through it.
