Orange Moss

This orange moss is commonly found blanketing giant areas In moorlands.
It is modest-sized, growing up to 5 inches (13 cm) tall. It forms in extensive patches, and is slightly resistant; it is very difficult to kill.
When mature, emerald heart-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the late autumn to release thousands of spores; it can cause severe allergic reactions.
