Coppergrass

This short, green grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The asymmetrical stalks grow in large clumps that are resilient and they are exceptionally hardy.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, copper tuft.

During the early winter, it produces very little pollen, but can cause allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a few medium-sized grains.
