Orange Grass

This modest-sized, orange grass grows up to 3 feet (91.4 cm) tall. The perforated stalks grow in thin clumps that are strong and tough and they overwhelm an area rapidly.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a tiny, beige tuft.

During the mid-summer, it produces a modest amount of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with a handful of small grains.
