Ashy Green Succulent

Succulent type: Stem succulent (Stores water in its stem)

This modest-sized cactus grows up to 52 feet (15.8 meters) tall. The very thin stem is light orange and black, and is covered in thousands of rigid ashy green spines.

It is fast growing, taking 3 months to reach maturity. Once mature, a single flower with solid purple petals decorated with bold red dots and a gold central disk grows at the top, reappearing every year. The flower head is made up of many petals in raised layers. It has a fairly strong scent that smells like pepper.

The cactus's skin is thin, the caramel flesh is rough, and the drab orange sap is thin.

It can absorb up to 7 times its own weight in water.
It is suitable for use as a construction material
