Turquoise creeper

This small creeper is a very fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 7 feet (2.1 meters) and growing as high as 49 feet (14.9 meters). It prefers to grow on man-made objects.

It takes 2 months for the bright green and green stems to mature, by which point they often have a diameter of 3 cm (1.2 inches) and are rough and prickly.

The 8 pointed, smooth leaves reach up to 4 inches (10 cm) in length. They are turquoise and cream, and have jagged edges.

During late spring, the creeper produces handfuls of large grey flowers.
