Yellowgrass
Grass type: Perennial (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)This short, yellow-green grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The sickle shaped stalks grow in thin clumps that are strong and tough.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, light purple flower.
During the early winter, it produces very little pollen; it can cause severe allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with copious amounts of large grains.
