Silver Creeper
Climbing plant type: Creeper (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)This small creeper is a very fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 16 feet (4.9 meters) and growing as high as 42 feet (12.8 meters).
It takes 2 months for the silver stems to mature, by which point they have often fused together into ropes with a diameter of 2 cm (0.8 inches) and are hard and brittle.
The pleated, fuzzy leaves reach up to 5 inches (13 cm) in length. They are orange and yellow, and have serrated edges.
During late spring, the creeper produces handfuls of large gentle yellow flowers.
