Zigzag

This small bine is a quick growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 9 feet (2.7 meters) and growing as high as 11 feet (3.4 meters). It prefers to grow on rock formations.

It takes 4 months for the lime green stems to mature, by which point they can have a diameter of 1 cm (0.4 inches) and are smooth and waxy.

The very thick, covered in fine hairs leaves reach up to 3 inches (8 cm) in length. They are either aquamarine, or caramel with dark yellow zig-zags, and have smooth edges.

During late spring, the bine produces a handful of large hazel flowers.
