Magenta Grass

This modest-sized, magenta grass grows up to 2 feet (61.0 cm) tall. The stiff, pointed stalks grow in extensive patches that are prone to bending and snapping under stress and they spread and grow quickly.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, light grey tuft.

During the early winter, it produces lots of pollen, but it does not cause any allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a handful of medium-sized grains.
