Golden Fan Cactus

Succulent type: Stem succulent (Stores water in its stem)

This average-sized cactus grows up to 39 feet (11.9 meters) tall. It splits randomly along the body to form 6 fan-like stems. Each stem is yellow-green, and is covered in thick sheets of flexible gentle yellow spines. The spherical body is yellow-green, and is covered in thick sheets of flexible gentle yellow spines.

It is steady-growing, taking 6 months to reach maturity. Once mature, and only under the right conditions, several flowers with petals that are pink in the center, brown in the middle and dark orange at the edges grow at the top, reappearing after 8 years, but only when the conditions are right again. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of up to 10 curved petals. It has a fairly strong scent that smells like candle wax.

The cactus's skin is rock-hard, the yellow flesh is rough, and the indigo sap is thin.
