Violetweave Grass
Grass type: Perennial (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)This average-sized, brilliant purple grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The very thick stalks grow in sparse patches that are delicate and they overwhelm an area rapidly.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, brilliant purple flower.
During the late summer, it produces very little pollen, and after flowering, it is left with copious amounts of large grains.
It is suitable for creating strong, durable textiles
