Lime Green Moss

This yellow-green moss is commonly found growing in large clumps On rotten logs.
It is modest-sized, growing up to 4 inches (10 cm) tall. It forms in small clumps, and is overwhelmingly flexible.
When mature, emerald crescent-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early winter to release thousands of spores; it can cause allergic reactions.

It is suitable for creating flexible, durable textiles
It out-competes most other plants for nutrients and light.
