Brown Tuftgrass
Grass type: Annual (Stores water in its leaves)This short, brown grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The finger-like stalks grow in thin clumps that are resistant.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, white tuft.
During the mid-autumn, it produces very little pollen; it can cause allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with lots of giant grains.
It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
It is almost impossible to grow from cuttings.
