Moss Green Grass

Grass type: Biennial (Stores water in its leaves)

This big, moss green grass grows up to 5 feet (1.5 meters) tall. The finger-like stalks grow in small clumps that are flimsy.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, purple puff.

During the mid-autumn, it produces copious amounts of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with a modest amount of giant grains.

It is suitable for creating tough, hard-wearing textiles
