Turquoise Grass
Grass type: Biennial (Stores water in the thickened base of its stem)This huge, turquoise grass grows up to 40 feet (12.2 meters) tall. The sickle shaped stalks grow in small clumps that are strong and they are exceptionally hardy.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, yellow flower.
During the late summer, it produces excessive amounts of pollen,but it does not cause many allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with copious amounts of small grains.
It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
The seeds are toxic to people but not to certain animals.
