Starlight (yellow)

This small flower grows up to 2 inches (5 cm) tall. Its yellow-green stem is wispy, and the large, green leaves are 5 pointed with ripped edges. A pair of leaves grow at the base of the flower head.

Around 40 small flowers grow along the length of the stem. The flowers are 1 cm (0.4 inches) wide, with caramel petals on the lower layer and lilac petals decorated with washed-out purple dots on the inner layer. The central disk is amber. The flower head is shaped like a star with 56 widely spaced, round-tipped petals. They are sturdy.

It has the faintest scent that smells like grass cuttings, and it has a modest amount of pollen. It is a self-pollinator.
