Moss Green Grass

This small, moss green grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The long, narrow stalks grow in large clumps that are flimsy and they are slow to spread and grow.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a tiny, dark grey tuft.

During the early autumn, it produces very little pollen; it does not cause many allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with excessive amounts of tiny grains.
