Magenta Vine

This modest-sized vine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 35 feet (10.7 meters) and growing as high as 134 feet (40.8 meters).

It takes 7 months for the moss green stems to mature, by which point they have often fused together into ropes with a diameter of 5 inches (13 cm) and are tough and woody.

The long, tapering, smooth leaves reach up to 8 inches (20 cm) in length. They are aquamarine and gentle orange, and have rounded edges.

During late spring, the vine produces hundreds of colossal magenta flowers, and during the early autumn, after flowering, it produces copious amounts of large berries.
