Sunset Orange

This orange-yellow moss is commonly found growing in small clumps On trees, In rainy mountain ranges, and In marshes.
It is large, growing up to 7 inches (18 cm) tall. It forms in thick clumps and they are exceptionally hardy, and is extremely flimsy.
When mature, emerald teardrop-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the mid-autumn to release millions of spores; it can cause allergic reactions.
