Orange Moss

This orange moss is commonly found growing in small clumps On trees.
It is short, growing up to 1 inch (3 cm) tall. It forms in large clumps and can spread and grow quickly, and is slightly light.
When mature, emerald V-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the late autumn to release millions of spores.
