Emerald Flame Moss

This lime green moss is commonly found growing in giant clumps In rainy mountain ranges, On trees, and In marshes.
It is small, growing up to 3 inches (8 cm) tall. It forms in sparse patches and they spread and grow quickly, and is extremely durable.
When mature, emerald flame-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the mid-autumn to release hundred of spores.
