Aquafruit Tree
Fruit Tree type: Deciduous (Stores water in its stem)This average-sized fruit tree grows up to 17 feet (5.2 meters) tall and lives for up to 30 years, with the oldest known specimen being around 67 years old. It is very susceptible to disease and insect infestation.
It has a thick, straight trunk covered in thin, knobbly, light gray bark, and inside, the very hard wood is brown.
The branches trail down across the ground and are covered with handfuls of large, thin leaves with smooth edges. The leaves themselves are solid brown with brown zig-zags.
In early spring, it produces hundreds of medium-sized, beige blossoms with kidney-shaped shaped petals. They are very delicate and have a soft scent that smells like a man.
In mid-summer it produces tiny, finger-like fruit. The rough olive skin is thin and inedible, and the crunchy indigo flesh is very bitter and very dry. The slate seeds are large and are bunched at the top of the fruit.
The roots are shallow and grow straight down, and overall the tree is sturdy, flexible, and difficult to uproot or break.
Forests of this species feature trees spaced far apart, with clear space between them.

It can flourish even in standing water.
