Blue Tuffgrass

This average-sized, sky blue grass grows up to 2 feet (61.0 cm) tall. The needle-like stalks grow in large clumps that are resilient.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, orange tuft.

During the early winter, it produces a fair amount of pollen; it can cause severe allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with lots of small grains.
