Bronze Spore Moss

Moss type: Moss

This bronze or white moss is commonly found blanketing medium-sized areas On rotten logs, and In rainy mountain ranges.
It is average-sized, growing up to 3 inches (8 cm) tall. It forms in small clumps, and is very flexible.
When mature, emerald teardrop-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early summer to release millions of spores.

It aggressively steals nutrients from other large plants (but not each other).
It is suitable for making strong rope
The trunk and branches are covered in large spikes.
All of it is said to be part of one single, massive plant.
