Emerald Tears Moss

This green moss is commonly found growing in tiny clumps In moorlands, and On trees.
It is giant, growing up to 1.5 feet (46 cm) tall. It forms in small clumps, and is slightly delicate.
When mature, emerald teardrop-shaped capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the late autumn to release thousands of spores.
