Twisting Vine
Shrub type: Deciduous (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)This average-sized shrub grows up to 2 feet (61.0 cm) tall and lives for decades, with the oldest known specimen being around 191 years old. It is very susceptible to disease and insect infestation.
It has several very thick, angular stems covered in hard, rough, brown and grey bark, and the wood inside is dark brown.
The branches are long and thin that and are covered with sparse amounts of large, spear shaped, leaves with smooth edges. The leaves themselves are found in indigo, beige and lilac varieties, light and soft.
It produces a handful of medium-sized, pink flowers with spear shaped petals. They are sturdy and have a delicate scent that smells like perfume. In early summer it forms medium-sizedbrown aril (seeds with fleshy covers).
