Blue Puff Grass

This big, gray grass grows up to 7 feet (2.1 meters) tall. The sickle shaped stalks grow in small clumps that are light and frail.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, vibrant blue puff.

During the early winter, it produces very little pollen; it can cause severe allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a handful of medium-sized grains.
