Slate Puff Grass
Grass type: Biennial (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)This short, hazel grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The 2 pointed stalks grow in small clumps that are durable and they are exceptionally hardy.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, slate puff.
During the late summer, it produces an average amount of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with plenty of medium-sized grains.
