Thorned Cyan Succulent
Succulent type: Stem succulent (Stores water in its stem)This small cactus grows up to 6 feet (1.8 meters) tall. The wide stem is moss green, and is covered in large amounts of rigid green spines.
It is steady-growing, taking 13 months to reach maturity. Once mature, and only under the right conditions, a handful of flowers, with petals that are generally cyan; each flower tends to be a variation of this colour, grow at the top, reappearing after 2 years, but only when the conditions are right again. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of 18 curved petals. It has a scent that varies in strength that smells like glue.
The cactus's skin is delicate, the bronze flesh is rubbery, and the red sap is thin.
It can flourish even in standing water.
It is suitable for making strong rope
The entire plant is edible and the grains areoverwhelmingly sweet.
