Silver Marsh Moss

This silver moss is commonly found growing in tiny clumps In marshes.
It is short, growing up to 1 inch (3 cm) tall. It forms in thin clumps and they are exceptionally hardy, and is overwhelmingly flexible.
When mature, emerald cylindrical capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the mid-summer to release hundred of spores; it does not cause many allergic reactions.
