Pink-Red Puffgrass

This short, pink-red grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The finger-like stalks grow in small clumps that are resistant.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, faded purple puff.

During the late autumn, it produces excessive amounts of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with lots of medium-sized grains.
