Silverfern

This silver moss is commonly found growing in small clumps In rainforests, In moorlands, and On trees.
It is average-sized, growing up to 3 inches (8 cm) tall. It forms in extensive patches and they spread and grow quickly, and is overwhelmingly light.
When mature, emerald V-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early autumn to release thousands of spores; it does not cause many allergic reactions.
