Emerald

This large caudiciform grows up to 86 feet (26.2 meters) tall. The very thick stem is emerald, and is covered in sharp spines. The stocky, hazel trunk can grow to as much as 86 feet (26.2 meters) in diameter. Its orange-yellow branches trail down across the ground.

The smooth-edged, wispy leaves are found in copper and olive varieties. They are flimsy, but do not detach easily.

It is steady-growing, taking 4 years to reach maturity. Once mature, several flowers with petals that are gentle purple on the underside and turquoise on the top grow at the top, reappearing every year. The flower head is shaped like a dish made up of dozens of tightly layered, round-tipped petals. It has a weak scent that smells like fruity.

The caudiciform's skin is thick, the beige flesh is smooth, and the hazel sap is thin.
