Aquamarine Trumpet Flower

This short flower grows up to 1 inch (3 cm) tall. Its moss green stems grow from the base of the plant in bunches of 6 and are wispy and straight, and split into several branching stems three quarters of the way up, and the miniature, moss green leaves are very thick with smooth edges. A pair of leaves grow at the base of the stem.

Around 20 tiny flowers grow in a bunch at the end of the stem. The flowers are 1 cm (0.4 inches) wide, with solid aquamarine petals and a yellow central disk. The flower head is shaped like a trumpet made up of 10 widely spaced, round-tipped petals. They are very delicate.

It has a delicate scent that smells like fruity, and it has an average amount of pollen. It is pollinated by the wind.
