Emerald
Flower type: Perennial (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)This average-sized flower grows up to 1.3 feet (38 cm) tall. Its yellow-green stems grow from the base of the plant in bunches of 8 and are thick and straight, and split into several branching stems at the base, and the giant, emerald leaves are asymmetrical with toothed edges. Many leaves grow at the base of the stem, and a pair of leaves grow at the base of the flower head.
Each stem splits 2 to 5 times; a single tiny flower grows at the end of each split. The flowers are 10 cm (3.9 inches) wide, with petals that are either vivid orange or silver, with a yellow center. The flower head is largely flat with 36 tightly layered round-tipped petals. They are hardy.
It has a strong scent that smells like cheese, and it has a fair amount of pollen; it can cause allergic reactions. It is pollinated by the wind.
It aggressively steals nutrients from other large plants (but not each other).
