Bloodvine

Climbing plant type: Creeper (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)

This modest-sized creeper is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 47 feet (14.3 meters)0. It prefers to grow on rock formations.

It takes 3 years for the green stems to mature, by which point they have tangled themselves into thick mats with a diameter of 4 inches (10 cm) and are hard and brittle.

The 5 pointed, rough leaves reach up to 1.0 foot (30 cm) in length. They are crimson and blood red, and have jagged edges.

During late spring, the creeper produces dozens of average azure flowers, and during the early autumn, after flowering, it produces lots of tiny berries.
