Lilac Creeper

This huge creeper is a slow growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 1,981 feet (603.8 meters) and growing as high as 394 feet (120.1 meters).

It takes 20 years for the yellow-green stems to mature, by which point they have tangled themselves into thick mats with a diameter of 2.3 feet (69 cm) and are hard and brittle.

The oval-shaped, leathery leaves reach up to 2.4 feet (74 cm) in length. They are generally lilac, and have serrated edges.
