Yellow Moss

This yellow moss is commonly found blanketing large areas In marshes, In heathlands, and In rainy mountain ranges.
It is average-sized, growing up to 5 inches (13 cm) tall. It forms in sparse patches, and is slightly flimsy; it takes a lot of damage when trodden on.
When mature, emerald circular capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the late autumn to release hundred of spores; it does not cause many allergic reactions.
