Green Petal Flower

This small flower grows up to 2 inches (5 cm) tall. Its gray stem is wispy, and the small, green leaves are slender, pointed with irregular edges. Many leaves grow along the entire length of the stem.

A single medium-sized flower sits at the end of the stem. The flowers are 20 cm (7.9 inches) wide, with solid green petals and a hazel central disk. The flower head is shaped like a dish made up of 18 raised, round-tipped petals. They are hardy.

It has a weak scent that smells like damp, and it has excessive amounts of pollen,but it does not cause many allergic reactions. It is a self-pollinator, but is also particularly attractive to bees.
