Silverwood

This average-sized shrub grows up to 3 feet (91.4 cm) tall and lives for around 96 years. It is very resistant to destructive insect infestation but susceptible to disease.

It has dozens of wide, straight stems covered in rough, gray bark, and the wood inside is silver.

The branches are short, rigid and upright that and are covered with thick bunches of large, wide, leaves with serrated edges. The leaves themselves are lime at the bottom and blue with green patches at the top, sturdy and clammy.

It produces a thick sheet of large, grey flowers with stiff, pointed petals with a tube-like floral cup. They fall easily and have a delicate scent that smells like cigarette smoke. In early summer it forms largered seed pods.
