Purple Puff Grass
Grass type: Perennial (Stores water in its stem)This enormous, green grass grows up to 18 feet (5.5 meters) tall. The finger-like stalks grow in extensive patches that are resistant and they are slow to spread and grow.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, vivid purple puff.
During the early winter, it produces a modest amount of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with lots of medium-sized grains.
