Indigo Succulent

This short leaf succulent grows up to 9 feet (2.7 meters) tall. The pleated stem is indigo, and is covered in handfuls of fine, beige, hair-like spines. The serrated-edged, finger-like leaves are grey with crimson tips. Small amounts of them grow from the base in a random bunch. The leaves are frail, and detach easily.

It is very fast growing, taking 10 months to reach maturity. Once mature, a handful of flowers, with alternating petals of aquamarine and olive, with a caramel central disk, grow at the top, reappearing once every 10 years. The flower head is made up of 10 petals; the lower layer of petals are flat, while the upper layers form a tight bowl. It has the faintest scent that smells like bleach.

The leaf succulent's skin is very thick, the caramel flesh is slimy, and the cream sap is thin.
