Aquamarine Creeper

This huge creeper is a slow growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 832 feet (253.6 meters) and growing as high as 461 feet (140.5 meters). It prefers to grow on rock formations.

It takes 12 years for the white or aquamarine stems to mature, by which point they can have a diameter of 3.4 feet (1.0 meters) and are soft and flexible.

The 4 pointed, smooth leaves reach up to 3.5 feet (1.1 meters) in length. They are green and green, and have wavy edges.

During late spring, the creeper produces handfuls of tiny blood red flowers.
