Aquamarine Moss

This aquamarine or olive moss is commonly found blanketing giant areas In rainy mountain ranges, In rainforests, and In bogs.
It is small, growing up to 2 inches (5 cm) tall. It forms in thin clumps and they are slow to spread and grow, and is extremely rigid.
When mature, emerald shield-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early summer to release thousands of spores; it does not cause any allergic reactions.
