Yellowpetal

This big flower grows up to 5.3 feet (1.6 meters) tall. Its washed-out yellow stem is thick and splits into dozens of branching stems three quarters of the way up, and the small, brilliant green or blood red leaves are sickle shaped with smooth edges. The leaves alternate on the stem from the base up to about halfway.

Each stem splits 2 to 6 times; a single giant flower grows at the end of each split. The flowers are 49 cm (19.3 inches) wide, with petals that are either blue or white, with a yellow center. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of 24 petals. They are hardy.

It has a delicate scent that smells like lemon, and it has excessive amounts of pollen. It is a self-pollinator, but is also visited by a variety of insects.
