Indigo Grass

This short, orange grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The circular stalks grow in extensive patches that are flexible.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a tiny, indigo tail.

During the early summer, it produces a modest amount of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with a handful of medium-sized grains.
