Orange Moss

This orange moss is commonly found growing in small clumps In damp forests.
It is colossal, growing up to 1.3 feet (38 cm) tall. It forms in small clumps and they are exceptionally hardy, and is overwhelmingly resilient.
When mature, emerald teardrop-shaped capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early winter to release thousands of spores; it can cause allergic reactions.
