Turquoise Creeper
Climbing plant type: Creeper (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)This large creeper is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 56 feet (17.1 meters) and growing as high as 125 feet (38.1 meters).
It takes 14 months for the green stems to mature, by which point they sometimes have a diameter of 7 inches (18 cm) and are smooth and slick.
The spear shaped, soft leaves reach up to 1.3 feet (41 cm) in length. They are either turquoise, or hazel with vivid yellow zig-zags, and have smooth edges.
During late spring, the creeper produces thick bunches of tiny crimson flowers, and during the mid-summer, after flowering, it produces copious amounts of tiny fruits.
The trunk and branches are covered in large spikes.
