Silver

This massive tree grows up to 107 meters (351.1 feet) tall and lives for over 3,000 years, with the oldest known specimen being around 3614 years old. It is somewhat resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has a narrow, straight trunk covered in thin, ridged, silver and white bark, and inside, the dense wood is dark brown.

The small handful of branches are short, rigid and upright, with hundreds of twigs covered with copious amounts of small, pink-red needles. The needles themselves are flimsy.

In late summer it produces tiny, cream, tough-shelled seeds.

The roots spread far and go deep underground, and overall the tree is sturdy and rigid.

Forests of this species feature the trees packed together, with the space between filled with undergrowth.
